Former EX- Girlfriend Jamie Quinn lied to Police in August 2013, saying her "boyfriend" of almost 2 years was stalking her. Charges were dismissed in early January after the prosecuting attorney of St. Charles County found Jamie Quinn not credible.
After the Deposition, it was then learned that Mr. Spear was the VICTIM & Jamie Lee Quinn has been the STALKER.
